# Settings

Settings are split into workspace settings, project settings, and personal settings. Choose the scope you want to change first.

## Workspace settings

Set workspace-wide basics, members, and Slack Bot / LLM integrations.

## Project settings

Set the selected project's basics and estimation unit, members, GitHub / Slack channels, and DoR / DoD.

## Personal settings

Set your profile, **display language (Japanese / English)**, personal integrations (Figma / Slack account / PAT), and notifications. Display language drives console labels, AI assistant and MCP replies, and Slack proposal card wording. Choosing English also shows the public sign-in screens in English after you sign out ([MCP integration](https://pmonrails.com/en/docs/mcp.md) `update_language` toggles the same setting).

## Billing

Workspace settings > Billing shows your current plan, seats, billing period, and your AI usage balance. Choosing a plan takes you to the checkout page; changing your payment method, cancelling, and viewing invoices all happen on the payment provider's page.

- The **workspace owner and admins** can subscribe or cancel. Members and guests cannot open this page.
- **Seats follow your member count** (view-only guests are not counted).
- Each seat comes with a monthly AI usage allowance. Unused allowance does not carry over to the next month.

## Members

Manage invitations, roles and joining projects ([Members and permissions](https://pmonrails.com/en/docs/members.md)).

## Profile

Edit your account information, such as your display name and email address.

## Notifications

Set how you receive notifications (on/off per type, and the digest time) ([Notifications and Slack](https://pmonrails.com/en/docs/notifications.md)).

## DoR / DoD (definition of ready and definition of done)

Decide the checklist templates for when a task or story is ready to be started (Definition of Ready) and what counts as finished (Definition of Done).

## Integrations

A hub that brings the external tool integrations together.

- **Claude Web / Claude Code / MCP** — How to connect ([Claude Web, Claude Code, and MCP integration](https://pmonrails.com/en/docs/mcp.md))
- **GitHub** — The outbound integration for the MCP development flow. Connect the GitHub App and pick the repository ([GitHub integration](https://pmonrails.com/en/docs/github.md))
- **Sentry** — Once a workspace administrator connects a Sentry organisation over OAuth and links a Sentry project, you can pick unresolved issues and file them as bug cards
- **The AI models used** — Choose the AI model per operation, such as requirement card extraction or story generation (the best default is used if you leave it unset)
- **Slack** — Connect with "Add to Slack", then link an agent/sharing channel and a notification channel per project
- **Team capacity** — Set how much work each member can take on ([Track progress](https://pmonrails.com/en/docs/progress.md))
- **AI models / API keys** — Choose the AI model used for generation and for the AI assistant, by purpose. You can also bring your own OpenRouter API key (BYOK) (the shared setting is used if you leave it unset).
- **Access tokens** — Issue and revoke tokens for external tools
- **Mac desktop app (beta)** — Install, browser handoff, menu bar ([Mac desktop app](https://pmonrails.com/en/docs/desktop.md))
