Each plan grants a set amount per seat, every month. Nothing to request or switch on.
Usage comes out of that allowance
Each AI call draws the provider's cost plus a fee from your balance.

AI stops when the balance is empty
We pause the AI features and show you how to top up. We never quietly downgrade you to a weaker model.

Common questions
- Can heavy usage lead to a surprise bill?
- No. Beyond the included allowance everything runs on prepaid credits, so nothing you did not buy can be billed later.
- Can we use our own AI provider account?
- You can register an OpenRouter API key. While your own key is in use, your allowance is left untouched. Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, and accounts held directly with OpenAI or Anthropic cannot be connected today.
- Can we add people later?
- Yes. What you pay follows the number of seats.
- How do payment and contract terms work?
- Card payment is supported. Billing is monthly for now; annual terms are on the way.
