Account information: email address, display name, workspace membership and role, and language preference.

Business data you enter: demands, requirements, user stories, scenarios, tasks, meeting notes, attachments, and comments.

Integration data: identifiers and access tokens for GitHub, Slack, and Figma, only where you choose to connect them.

Usage data: the type of screen viewed, the type of action taken, the type of any error encountered, browser and device type, and approximate region.

We do not store credit card numbers ourselves.

To provide the Service, authenticate users, manage permissions, and perform our contract with you.

To respond to incidents, detect and prevent abuse, and maintain security.

To analyse usage so that we can improve the Service and decide what to build next.

To respond to your enquiries and send you important notices.

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to improve the usability of the Service. It uses cookies to collect usage data.

On signed-in screens we send an identifier we assign to you (a random string) to Google Analytics so that we can analyse continued use by the same person. We do not send your name, your email address, or the content of your business data.

On signed-in screens we send a pattern describing the type of screen (for example, the kanban screen under a project). We do not send the project or record identifiers contained in the actual URL, search terms, or the page title.

On our public website only, we also use Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft Corporation. Clarity does not run on signed-in screens, so your business data is never recorded by it.

To opt out of Google Analytics, install the opt-out add-on Google provides (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or disable cookies in your browser. The Service remains fully usable if you do.

We use the external services below as needed to operate the Service. Each processes data for the purpose of running the Service; we do not sell or otherwise provide your data to third parties for any other purpose.

Large language model providers: we send parts of the business data you enter in order to draft demands and design documents and to answer chat messages. The destinations are shown in the settings screen of the Service.

Email delivery provider: we send your email address in order to deliver verification and notification emails.

Analytics providers: as described in the previous section.

Integrations you choose to connect (GitHub, Slack, Figma): we send the information needed to run the integration.

We do not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law, or where necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult.

We retain Customer Data, including backups, during the contract term and for a period after it ends.

To delete your account, contact us. We will delete the data within a reasonable period, other than information we are required by law to retain.

Data held by analytics tools is retained according to the terms of each provider.

We encrypt data in transit, restrict access by permission, store credentials encrypted, and record an audit trail of operations.

Customer Data is separated by workspace and project so that users without permission cannot access it.

On request from the individual concerned, we will disclose, correct, add to, delete, or suspend the use of retained personal data.
