Terms of Service

These terms apply to every aspect of the relationship between us and you regarding the Service.

Guidelines and supplementary rules we publish within the Service form part of these terms. Where a supplementary rule conflicts with these terms, the supplementary rule prevails.

You agree to register accurate and current information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Contact us promptly if you discover unauthorised use.

Workspace administrators are responsible for setting appropriate permissions for their members.

Fees, payment methods, and billing cycles for paid plans are those displayed within the Service.

We will give reasonable advance notice of any fee change, within the Service or by email to your registered address.

We are not obliged to refund fees already paid on a pro-rata basis if you cancel mid-term for your own convenience.

You, or the rightful owner, retain all rights to the data you enter or upload to the Service, including demands, requirements, meeting notes, and attachments ("Customer Data"). We acquire no rights to it.

We process Customer Data only as needed to operate and maintain the Service, respond to incidents, and answer your enquiries.

We do not use Customer Data to train our own machine learning models.

Our Privacy Policy sets out how Customer Data is handled in detail.

Acts that violate laws or public order, or that relate to criminal activity.

Acts that infringe the rights of us, other users, or third parties.

Interfering with operation of the Service, unauthorised access, or exploiting vulnerabilities, other than security testing we have authorised in advance.

Reverse engineering the Service, or reselling or redistributing it to third parties without our permission.

The Service uses large language models to draft demands, requirements, stories, and estimates.

Generated output may contain errors or omissions. You agree to review it rather than adopt it as-is.

We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of generated output.

We may change the content of the Service, or suspend or discontinue it.

We may suspend the Service temporarily without prior notice for maintenance, incidents, natural disasters, or other unavoidable reasons.

If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable advance notice and provide an opportunity to export Customer Data.

We do not warrant that the Service fits your particular purpose, that it has the functionality, accuracy, or usefulness you expect, or that it will be free from interruption or defect.

Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

We are not responsible for disputes arising between you and third parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the Service.

We may amend these terms where we consider it necessary.

For material changes we will give reasonable advance notice within the Service or by email to your registered address.

Continuing to use the Service after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
